Performance reporting is an important step of our Plan, Budget, Report Cycle. Regularly tracking and monitoring progress provides essential feedback on the progress of our plan. This allows us to identify trends and make adjustments to our plan.
Future Guelph Progress Report
On October 6, 2023, an information report was shared with City Council regarding the City’s updated key performance indicators (KPI) that will be used to measure progress of Future Guelph: Strategic Plan 2024-2027.
As part of the City’s improving maturity around KPIs and data, City staff are improving the selection of KPIs to better reflect outcomes or impacts to the community.
Guelph. Future Ready. Progress Report
On September 28, 2020, City Council approved the Future Ready Action Plan and Performance Measurement Framework that brought Guelph. Future Ready. to life.
The Action Plan defined the goals of each of the five strategic priorities of Guelph. Future Ready. and outlines the focus areas and strategic initiatives that moved this important work forward.
The Performance Measurement Framework told us what success looked like and gave City staff specific measures of success to work towards.
